Sledding in Seattle
We’re having a tropical heatwave in Seattle– no wait, it’s a snowpocolpyse that these parts haven’t seen since the 1940s. My wife and I moved away from the Midwest to avoid seasons like this and our first winter in Seattle has struck like a mighty force. Oh well, we decided to do some street sledding with Buster and my brother, Tyler. Meanwhile, the entire city is shutdown and productivity is at an all-time low. Drive (and sled) safe Seattlites.

Saved, I love your site!
Sweet deal!
I just found this on Vimeo. I heard your storm was unreal, but short-lived, right? Great shots, nice bw’s.
Thanks Tyler, yeah snow just calls for BW’s. the storm has yet to return to our fair city.
Ha! The year I moved to PDX we got 18 inches overnight. I got a snow day from work. So I put chains on my car and went to IKEA. I was one of 4 shoppers there, so I didn’t have to battle the usual crowds to get my needed new home supplies. And, coming from Idaho/Montana, I knew how to navigate snowy roads. I just never thought I’d have to again.
Seriously! I guess it’s what we get for throwing our ice scrapers away after a move. That’s great you’re in Portland, love that city.
